Ordering and Returns Policy

We do NOT require pre-payment. Terms are NET 30.

 

Payments received more than 10 days late will be re-invoiced with a 5% late charge.  

  (Note that orders will be delivered from Ware-Pak, University Park, Il 60484)  

Returns Policy

 

Up to fifty percent 50% of your purchases of active in print textbook titles purchased directly from HERCHER Publishing may be returned for credit/reimbursement provided your return is received undamaged and in new resalable condition, within 6 months of the original invoice date. No returns will be accepted for e-products or customized products.

Prior authorization is required. 

 

Authorization can be requested by fax or e-mail at the addresses above. An authorization number will be provided-which must be prominently displayed on all cartons.

 

Any returns received without authorization will be returned to sender at sender’s expense.

 

No returns will be authorized for sold products with unpaid invoices.

 

Products returned must be prepaid in new, unmarked, and resalable condition.

 

All returns are 100% inspected and any damaged items will be destroyed without credit or reimbursement.
